David Davis deserves respect for resignation

David Davis deserves massive respect for resigning over the issue of 42-day detention, and someone needs to be fighting to deal with the massive infringements of civil liberties in this country. I suspect many Tories will support his views, and i think he'll get his seat back. I'll watch this space with interest.
