Please, more videos of this man. The american public does not now ANYTHING about what is happening in iraq, nor do most people even care. it's just sad. our soldiers, our countrymen, are dying, and for what? we're just going to let this happen without doing anything? please tell me one thing we have gained from the iraq war? peace and democracy for the people of iraq? NOPE.BRING THE TROOPS HOME. INVEST MONEY IN AMERICA, NOT A FRUITLESS WAR.

I think like the great mysteries of the world human kind is human kind and we prefer to leave ourselves in the dark on certain issues. Reason 1 being because we are ignorant and just can't digest doing hard work for a cause we don't get (even if it is political). Like many other controversial things we've been apart of, we just won't know why. Mostly for our protection. Ignorance is bliss for our fast food nation. This country is fickle. We want what we want when we want it. Whether you're for the war or against it, it doesn't matter, because no one really wants to get there hands dirty for either cause. We just want to cheerlead those we agree with.

Please let us know how Congress responds to you and the truth. The American people do not get true news from tv, radio or newspapers. These are the main forums of information and unfortunately, we have to seek the truth for ourselves. If it weren't for the internet, we would all be ignorant. There are still many Americans who do not have internet access. Please know that I never supported this 'war' and never wanted a single soldier to be sent there. It is a complete and utter disaster and I am ashamed that the actions of our government have tarnished our reputation as a democratic country. Our civil rights have been stripped and our minds have been manipulated. We will see positive change when Americans stop putting wealth before health. It is unhealthy to care more about what brand name is on our backside or across our chest than how many innocent Americans and Iraqis have died and will continue to die as long as we stay there!

My husband has been deployed to Iraq twice and has never seen what this guy is describing. I think it is sad that he is showing such a negative light on Iraq. America has done so much good in Iraq. They have rebuilt schools and made children smile again. Why aren't we talking about all of the good that has come from us being in Iraq? Also, my brother graduated college last year and all 4 years of tuition, books, rent and food was paid in full with his GI bill. So my question for this young man is, "Where do you go to school that the GI bill isn't covering costs?" My brother went to Penn State Univ main campus for 4 years and that can be expensive. Hmmm makes you wonder what he is spending his money on.

Amen brother. We should have never gone there in the first place. This war was "sold" to the American public with lies. As soon as Bush is out of office, we'll be out of Iraq.

This vet and his colleagues should be on FOX and other corpnews to allow the masses of the ignorant to learn the truth about this occupation...which includes the 20% neutral and 20% who disagree..

Ok so let me understand. You WILLINGLY enlisted into the military. VOLUNTARILY accepted the BONUS GI Bill (ie. the military's money) and now that you have spent their money on schooling which many Americans can not afford, you are complaining it wasn't enough money? Do you know how many Americans would love to even have a CHANCE to go to College? i think you may regret your words when you mature and start having children. My son went to Iraq and he is now 2 years into College. He is a PROUD AMERICAN that fought for his freedom and is now graciously accepting the GI BILL to put him through 4 years of schooling. Shame on you for taking the GI bill if you feel it is not enough. Leave it for someone who truly appreciates ANY help for college tuition. You are ungrateful like so many Americans are. Freedom isn't free

I am a PROUD Navy wife. My husband has been a fighter Pilot for 16 years and has been in Afghanistan for 12 months as a ground troop. Yes, they send Navy to war zones as well. my husband saw a lot of things, but what disturbed him most was the death and destruction of children, schools and human life in general. All he ever says about what he has seen is, "Thank God I was there to make at least one child's life a little better." Do you have any idea how bad life is over there? Do any Americans realize how Lucky we are to live here? The Americans are in Iraq and Afghanistan trying to help human life...children! Innocent children! God wants us to never turn a blind eye to anyone. We can't just help Americans we have to step in and help anyone in need. I don't think anyone thinks about how bad these places are. My husband and so many other ground troops have helps reconstruct schools, hospitals etc. There were children in Afghanistan that didn't know what to do with a crayon. Thank You President Bush.

Ungrateful is an understatement for this kid. Any one who has a problem with the USA and how we operate. Go live else where...I dare you. This Country has freedom. Does anyone realize what that means anymore? Unfortunately you have to FIGHT FOR FREEDOM! and if you are not willing to fight why the hell would you enlist in the military?

If you don't believe in what America does. Go live somewhere else!
