I would rather look at graffitti than an ugly wall or rusty rolling stock. They should be paid to spray this dreary country with bright colours and beautiful images. Judges are a waste of taxpayers money.

I think basically it is destruction of others property. If the grafiti is a political statement that needs to be aired I can have more compasion for it than if it is just some crappy signature by a larikin. If you want to decorate approach the ownwer and you will probably be surprised at the resopnse.

by the way I do think prison is a waste of taxpayers money almost always, perhaps a type of community service or just repair the damage by repainting or with consultation with the ownwers redecorating ti please both parties
