I agree with Yongbiao. Tibet has been within China for centuries although it was out sometimes for some time. As it has been belonging to China again. Then there's no way to let it go. Chinese may not like our government, but we've been regarding the current country as a whole, we could change the government, but no way to lose territories. And in all histories and all countries it would always be the same. Don't be childish.Quoted:"China may let Tibet separate from it only after USA and Canada return their lands to INDIANS AND OTHER NATIVE NATIONS, and British descendants return the continent of Australia and New Zealand to local native people. It is time to do sth. to preserve Tibetan Culture, and we should blame the "Globallization" rather than the Chinese Government. I wish one day Tibetan can live the way they want, speak in their languages or plus English, Chinese, French or Germany... move around anywhere freely if they wish. Of course, other people should be allowed to move around in Tibet also, but no HATRED CRIME between different ethnic groups. IT IS A WORLD WITH NO BOUNDARY. I really feel bad when I saw the Indian Reserves in the desert of Nevada, USA. and I hope there will never be an Tibetan Reserve on the earth. "

Free Tibet! Shame on the rest of the world for allowing this to happen! Today my heart is sad for all of Tibet! Pray for peace... China must get out. This was never their country.Om Mani Padme Hum

All my support goes to Tibetans inside and outside Tibet.Having travelled there personally, I have witnessed a confrontation of two worlds: the chinese propaganda and the tremendous beauty and kindness of the tibetans people. We have to speak out and tell our politicans around the world to step a head and confront the chinese governement. Journalists, observers and others have to be allowed in Tibet.

On a personal level I have stopped shopping at Wal-Mart, due to the massive volume of business they do with China. Boycott Wal-Mart! Don't buy products made in China! Use the power of the pocketbook--it worked to change affairs in South Africa, and it can work now against China. I love the Olympics, but I am probably not going to watch it. Shame on CBS for promoting China on "Survivor". Use the economic power we all have every time we go to the store for this or that, and shop wisely and with compassion for all who suffer for our consumerism.

In view of plights of American Indians, should we boycott goods made in USA as well?
